Transport Requisition
The transportation request form must be filled out by the sector and forwarded as “Digital Request” in the SPA system (Administrative Process System), addressed, for authorization, to the Administrative Secretary of CSE (SEC/CSE), who will be responsible for forwarding it to the Transportation Division (DTR/PU/PROAD).
NOTE: Applications will be accepted ONLY via digital request from the SPA, with the form attached and filled.
