- MEETINGS OF THE CENTER’S COUNCIL
The CSE Council meetings traditionally take place in the School’s Council Room, with the possibility of changing the location according to demand and availability.
The call for the Council’s meetings comes in writing or electronically by its Chairperson, on their own initiative or at the request of at least 1/3 (one third) of its
members. It is made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance and includes the subject to be discussed – unless it is considered secret, at the Chairperson’s discretion.
In case of urgency, the deadline for the call can be reduced and the agenda can be omitted, when there are exceptional reasons to be justified at the beginning of the meeting.
