- MEETINGS OF THE CENTER’S COUNCIL
The CSE Council meetings traditionally take place in the Center’s Council Room, with the possibility of changing the location according to demand and availability.
The summoning for the Council’s meetings come in writing or electronically by its President, on his own initiative or at the request of at least 1/3 (one third) of its members, at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance, mentioning the subject to be discussed, unless it is considered secret, at the President’s discretion.
In case of urgency, the summon deadline can be reduced, and the agenda can be omitted, when there are exceptional reasons to be justified at the beginning of the meeting.
