Department heads
Each department shall have a head and deputy head, between adjunct, associate and titular professors, integrating the teaching career, with at least 2 years of tenure at the UFSC, elected by members of the department committee by direct, secret vote and designated by the rector for a two-year mandate, with one extra term allowed.
